Following the success of Keeping Up with the Sasanians in July, you are cordially invited to relax, unwind and savour a Summer evening steeped in the beauty, history, and heritage of Persia.
In Persian Splendour in Poetry and Wine, Dr. Behzad Nasiri returns to share timeless verses from Rumi, Khayam, and Hafez. Joining Dr. Nasiri this time is art historian Dr. Konstance Li, who will offer reflections on the imagery, symbolism, and beauty woven through Persian poetic traditions.
As the verses unfold, thoughtfully curated wine and light refreshments will be served to pair with the poetry, echoing its rhythms and moods. Join us on August 25 to enjoy an elegant, relaxing, and delightfully exotic evening.
