About ISV Lab
The Integral Social Venture Development Lab (ISV Lab) is a social innovation incubation lab curated by Fullness Social Venture (FSV). Launched in 2024, ISV Lab is a homebase for social innovators to develop the network, resources, essential business and technical knowledge that they need for their social innovation projects to take flight.
ISV Lab specialises in assisting project owners in turning their social innovation ideas into actual prototypes, arranging pilot testing and feedback, and seeking real-world validation.
Our Team
Ms. Yau Cheung
ISV Lab Supervisor
As the Supervisor of the Integral Social Venture Development Lab (ISV Lab), Ms. Yau Cheung empowers innovators to develop scalable solutions for global challenges. An entrepreneur and the former founder of Cultivest, an Agritech startup improving market access for Southeast Asian smallholder farmers, she offers expertise in B2B sales, corporate finance, and environmental technology.
Yau’s career encompasses cross-sector partnerships, greenfield market growth, and microfinance for women entrepreneurs in West Africa, blending business skills with a commitment to social impact. Her focus areas include advancing sustainable agriculture, equitable access to resources, and women’s economic empowerment, ensuring inclusive and systemic impact through innovation.
She holds a BSc in Environmental Management and Technology at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Certificate in ESG Investing.
Mr. Jeffery Wong
ISV Lab CTO
With 20 years of experience in design and development of web and mobile products and management of digital development projects, Mr. Jeffery Wong is the Chief Technology Officer of ISV Lab and acts as the technology advisor to all projects nurtured by ISV Lab. Jeffery has led engineering teams to serve clients ranging from startups to multinational conglomerates, and automated business workflows in various industries, including mass media, entertainment, hospitality, healthcare and education.
As Founder and CEO of Conceptable and CEO of Collectiv Studio, Jeffery developed a full suite of tech experience ranging from business case analysis, UX and UI design, product roadmap management, data architecture design, application of artificial intelligence components and workflows, and oversaw full stack development of digital products. As an experienced digital information architect, Jeffery prioritises data security, good user experience and product aesthetics, and optimises engineering budget and balances cost-effectiveness with product quality. Leveraging on his wide range of experience, Jeffery advises product owners of social innovation projects throughout the product cycle, from wireframes and prototypes all the way to commercial launch.
Jeffery holds a Bachelor of Science in Internet and Multimedia Technologies from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Capacity Building Initiatives
We offer various workshops to raise awareness for social innovation and impact investing. Through introducing real-life projects and case studies, participants gain knowledge and skills to understand and evaluate impact investment opportunities. We also organise site visits and field trips to study social innovation projects and impact businesses in Hong Kong and overseas. Through meeting innovators and entrepreneurs face to face, participants have the opportunity to understand the real-life challenges and opportunities in social innovation.
Networking and Mingling
We organise regular gatherings for social innovation and impact investing practitioners to exchange ideas and compare notes, share insights and updates, as well as building rapport and offering mutual support. We occasionally invite social innovators and impact business owners to showcase their products and services, fostering connections and facilitating future collaborations.
